Stat Discussion Channel

Let people use the stat discussion channel on the discord and don't archive it. It wasn't really a place to give feedback, but discuss feedback. What I mean by this is having your input on the game and the game's balance peer reviewed by other fans of the game. Or, to give community members ideas for feedback from other members.

you can still use general or backer chat, backer chat kinda started to be used for that more anyway
