Allow Resizing of the UI

I play on 1920x1080 resolution and the UI is absolutely huge. If you get into the group then the additional nametags really start to clutter the screen as well. It would be nice if we could get something in the options that would allow us to resize the UI to whatever we like since I believe the only other option right now is to hide it entirely.

Also the HUD is too large for many potential players, their dislike of the game is the massive hud/ui. Options to customize the hud would be fantastic

Playing on console is a nightmare because you can't even adjust your monitor settings, and with how large everything is it's entirely too claustrophobic and messy.

There've instances where I've died almost solely because I couldn't see the the fat ass T.rex or Trike that charged at me because the mini-map, notifications and quest log were in the way.

This game would benefit greatly from UI rescaling and/or hiding of UI elements. Currently the screen feels rather crowded, especially when quest pop-ups come into play.
