A few first tweaks for eotrike

Popping in to look at eotrike and right off the bat there's three things that need a quick change.
1) The camera is way too close. It needs to be backed up so the player can properly see their trike and things around them.
2) Eo needs a running speed nerf. In turn, it should get some more stam.
3) Eo's food and water should drain A LOT slower

I have no opinion on the camera, and the food and water drain feels appropriate for the animals size and tier.

But taking the top sprint speed down a notch or so would be a welcomed change. Slower creatures have really taken a beating, with special notes to Dasp, and the slower Herbivores like Stego, etc.
The modest stamina pool, with slow regeneration feels right on the money however.
