Add Megaraptor (Giant thief)

You have to admit, this thing is sick. It would be a fun mid-tier, possibly to compete with Allo. Also it is said to be piscivorous, so allow it to swim as fast Sucho or Cherry. Imagine being able to attack with those HUGE arms and claws! Sounds pretty awesome to me I must say >:D. Doesn't really need to have a strong bite either, maybe give its bite some moderate bleed and small damage and its claws some good raw damage? Speed wise, could also compete with Allo or Cera, since its between their sizes! In general, I think it would be fun to have a mid-tier piscivore in the game since currently we don't have any. (unless you count Sucho as a mid-tier which I do not.)
