  It would be really good a severe thunderstorm with lots of rain and sometimes in addition to fog.

  I think it would be broken and not good and very unfair imagine just random getting hit and take damage and after that other players can easily come and kill u or that u will need to put 10 min or 5 to heal back it's just not good it would be cool to see lighting and storms but not taking damage it would just be unfair I would hate dying just beacuse I took some damage and someone comes and kills me beacuse I took damage from a lighting skills is what should decide
