Allow viewing and purchasing of abilities out in the field of play

Sometimes my brain just doesn't work properly, and I forget what my abilities do, such as what Forager lets me eat. I can't refresh my memory on what it does unless I'm in my home cave, and I can't purchase abilities I've grinded for outside of my home cave either. It'd be a lot more user-friendly to let us see the descriptions of abilities and purchase them while outside of our home caves, while the actual equipping would still be done in the cave proper.
