This would also help you see what's in front of you when you're in a space that plant matter blocks your view. IE: You're hiding in a bush, or standing under a tree, and you can't see what's in front of you because of the foliage.

Sucho suffers from this too. I think spino and sucho just need fixed hitboxes and camera aim from somewhere else. The chest aim isn't all that great.

This would be a great idea - I just started a spino and found it difficult to see how far the fish is in comparison to my spino's snout. Maybe implement this with a feature so players are able to turn it on and off?

Yes! I would love to go in first person for Semi/ Aquatics because it is a pain to catch the fish sometimes.

I need this so much it’s annoying trying to fish. I’ll line it up exactly to catch it but it’s always off. A toggle first person would really help a lot with this.

While a First-Person view mode is not planned, we agree that catching small fish as a Spinosaurus is quite difficult and we will work on improving this experience in the future!

id love to have a toggleable first person- particularly for tight spaces and bushes where your camera is either stuck in a tree or wall or the whole screen is covered by the back of your head eheh
i personally find it more emmersive too! i like the experience of seeing through the characters eyes- to feel like i am the creature that im playing as

You guys may not know but you can zoom in and out, look up your keybindings and figure out which ones they are. On console I go to the “character/social/quests” menu and hold L2 or R2 and you can go all the way out or all the way in. Not really a toggleable option to quick swap but definitely viable for fishing! There’s some weird clipping with your character when you’re fully zoomed in, and my suggestion would be to improve that specific aspect, or make it a toggle instead of needing to do it from the menus.
